Salutem OneHealth is a low-cost health package designed to make quality primary healthcare accessible to everyone. For just $1 per month, members enjoy essential health benefits that keep them healthy and protected throughout the year.

  • Monthly Consultation: Access 1 general practitioner visit per month for primary health care needs.

  • Medication Support: Receive acute generic medication worth up to $30 per month from any pharmacy. (Chronic medication is not included under this package.)

  • Affordable Plan: All these benefits come at an unbeatable price of only $1 per month.

2. How to Access Services as a OneHealth Member

After completing the three-month waiting period, you can start enjoying your OneHealth benefits through any of the following options:

Registered Providers:

  • Visit any Salutem-registered doctor or pharmacy near you.

  • Verify your membership using facial recognition or an OTP sent to your phone.

  • Receive treatment or collect your medication — no cash needed at the point of service.

Non-Registered Providers:

  • If you visit a provider outside our network, you can still access care by initiating a claim on your phone.

  • Dial *501# or visit the WhatsApp chatbot to initiate the claim

  • Once verified, Salutem will send funds to your OneMoney wallet (or other linked wallet) for payment to the provider.

  • Simply submit proof of payment after the visit to complete the process.

3. How to Register

Joining OneHealth is quick and convenient — choose any of the following registration options:

  • 📱 USSD: Dial *501# on your NetOne line and follow the prompts to complete self-registration.

  • 💳 Payment Options: Pay through OneMoney or other available channels, including cash.
