Roseline Nhamo

Rose Nhamo is a seasoned Human Resources Professional, Strategist, Labour Expert  and Consultant, with over 32 years’ experience in Strategy, Human Resources and Marketing. Rose has worked in various capacities in both the public and private sectors. She has served on various national assignments. She has also taken part in international consultancy projects. She was a Trainer and mentor on the Richard Branson School of Entrepreneurship which was run in association with PROWEB. Rose is an Arbitrator with Commercial Arbitration Center and has served on boards in various sectors, Insurance, Financial Services, NGO, State Owned enterprises which include several listed companies. She has run a consultancy Business Distinctive Consultancy Services for 16 years which is based in Zimbabwe and Zambia.  She is a co-founder of SAFE a Sexual Harassment Contact Centre. She is a Fellow and Past President of the Institute of People Management Zimbabwe (IPMZ) and is a  certified Human Resources Auditor, certified by the South African Board of People Practice (SABPP). Rose has won a number of  Global and local awards for Human Resources Leadership Excellence. She has lectured on Personal Development and Human Resources Modules at MBA Level with MSU, GZU, Nottingham Trent University and University of Gloucestershire. She holds an IPMZ Diploma, a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree from UZ and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University (UK).
